Terms of Service

By accessing or using https://findlocalndis.com.au (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including NDIS participants, carers, families, support coordinators and NDIS providers.

FindLocalNDIS is an online directory that helps NDIS participants and their supporters find disability service providers across Australia. Provider information is sourced from Google Places, direct provider submissions and publicly available sources.

We are an independent commercial directory and have no formal relationship with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), the NDIA or any government body.

You agree to use FindLocalNDIS only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Site without permission
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent provider information
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Site
• Use automated tools to access the Site at rates that impact performance
• Reproduce, sell or distribute content from the Site without written permission

By submitting a provider listing or claiming an existing listing, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to represent the business
• All information submitted is accurate and not misleading
• You will notify us of material changes to your business details
• You hold any required licences, registrations or qualifications
• You understand that NDIS registration status must be accurately disclosed and participants must be properly informed

We reserve the right to remove, suspend or modify any provider listing at our discretion, including where information appears inaccurate or where a provider has received substantiated complaints.

FindLocalNDIS offers both free and premium listing options for providers. Free listings include basic business information sourced from public records. Premium listings may include additional features such as featured placement, enhanced profiles and priority search visibility.

Pricing and features for premium listings are available on request. Premium listing fees, where applicable, are subject to separate commercial terms communicated at the time of subscription.

All content on FindLocalNDIS, including text, design, code and data structures, is the property of FindLocalNDIS or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law. Provider business names, logos and information remain the property of the respective providers.

Provider information sourced from Google Places is subject to Google's Terms of Service. Google Maps content displayed on provider profiles is subject to Google Maps Platform Terms of Service.

The Site contains links to provider websites and third-party resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices or accuracy of third-party websites.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, FindLocalNDIS excludes all liability for:

• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on provider information in the directory
• The conduct, quality or safety of any listed provider
• Decisions made about NDIS supports based on information from this Site
• Technical interruptions, errors or unavailability of the Site

FindLocalNDIS's liability to any user is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months, or $100 AUD, whichever is greater. FindLocalNDIS is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindLocalNDIS, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of FindLocalNDIS will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

Provider listing fees are non-refundable after 7 days from payment. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the provider to a refund of fees already paid. To cancel your subscription, contact us at hello@findlocalndis.com.au.

FindLocalNDIS reserves the right to remove any review that violates our community guidelines, contains false or defamatory information, or is otherwise inappropriate. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences with the listed provider. Review authors are solely responsible for the content they submit.

FindLocalNDIS reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms, contains inaccurate information, or is otherwise inappropriate, with or without notice. Providers whose listings are removed for Terms violations are not entitled to a refund.

Provider information on FindLocalNDIS is sourced from publicly available data including Google Places and direct provider submissions. FindLocalNDIS makes no warranty about the accuracy, completeness or currency of provider listings. Users should verify all details directly with providers before making decisions about their NDIS supports.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to the Site. Your continued use of FindLocalNDIS after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
