We do not collect sensitive information such as health information, NDIS plan details or financial information. FindLocalNDIS is a public directory only.

Provider listings on FindLocalNDIS are sourced from Google Places and may be supplemented by information submitted directly by providers. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. Users should verify provider details directly before making decisions.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Our website uses HTTPS encryption and our database infrastructure implements role-based access controls.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to:

• Request access to personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Lodge a complaint about how we handle your personal information

You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@findlocalndis.com.au. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Note that some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as financial records.

Reviews submitted on FindLocalNDIS may contain sensitive health or disability-related information provided voluntarily by users. This information is stored securely and can be removed upon request by emailing hello@findlocalndis.com.au. We encourage users not to include identifying personal health information in public reviews.

We may send transactional emails related to your use of FindLocalNDIS, including listing confirmations, performance reports and review reminders. You can unsubscribe from automated emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting hello@findlocalndis.com.au.

FindLocalNDIS is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
